This one is Miltoniopsis Rene Komoda, an orchid seedling that will make lovely white flowers with a little pink and yellow in the centers, once it grows up. These are clones of the 'Pacific Clouds' cultivar.

The flowers are stunningly beautiful, and often, but not always, fragrant.

The breeding on this mericlone is Miltoniopsis Edwidge Sabourin x Miltoniopsis santanaei.

These orchids were recently repotted into 3-inch pots. We have a bunch of these and we'll pick out a nice one for you. We always ship the largest. We estimate 12 to 24 months before first flowering, although they can flower when quite small.

The first picture shows the kind of flowers to expect, the second shot shows some of the plants in our milt room. Flowers can be 3 to 4 inches across.

Miltoniopsis orchids are cool growers. Often called "The Pansy Orchid," many of them have a wonderful fresh fragrance. For home and hobby growers, we recommend them as a house plant. Just give them moderate indirect light, water thoroughly three times a week, fertilize weakly every two weeks. Provide a temperature range of 60 to 75 degrees or so. These do very well under lights.

We also include free growing instructions.
